- Enjoy a 50 minute session on this thrilling playground on water. There are slides, trampolines, monkey bars and more.
- Suitable for ages 6+. Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult in a ratio of 1:3. Children aged 9 - 12 must be accompanied by an adult in a ratio 1:10. Under 18's must have an adult onshore.
- Pre-booking is required, see "How to Redeem" for details. If you have more than one code, these must be done as separate transactions.
- Valid for one use until 15th September 2024.
- The voucher is valid for one 50 minute session between 22nd July and 15th September 2024.
- The minimum age to go on the aquapark is 6 years old and they must be 1.1m. Children 5 and under will not be allowed on the aquapark.
- Children 8 and under will need an adult (18+), the adult MUST go in the water with them (ratio of 1 adult to 3 children).
- Children aged 9-12 (inclusive) will need an adult (18+), the adult MUST go in the water with them (ratio of 1 adult to 10 children).
- Children 13-17 (inclusive) will need a supervisor to come onto site with them and supervise. They do not need to go into the water with the child, but they must be supervising from the side accordingly. This supervisor must be 21+ and can supervise up to 10 children.
- You must be 18 and over to enter site without an accompanying adult.
- Valid for General Admission, does not include any other ticket types or special events.

- The voucher includes a buoyancy aid only.
- Wetsuits are not included and can be hired separately.
- Any supervisors must purchase a separate admission pass.
- You must arrive at least 45 minutes before your session in order to ensure you have enough time to get ready and watch the safety briefing.
- You must present your Planet Offers voucher along with your Alderford e-ticket upon arrival.
