Ryze Dundee Review – Days Out Diaries

Written by our Tayside & Fife Days Out Diaries reviewer - Laura Stewart

Ryze is a large trampoline park located in Dundee. When I first called to book us in for our 2 hour family bounce session, there was a slight issue with booking. However, I was telephoned back within 5 minutes and we were ready to go! We decided to head there over lunch time as we hoped it would be a little quieter, and although the place was busy there was still plenty of space for everyone.

We had to sign medical waivers before we got booked in, then also had to watch a safety video which lasted around 5 minutes before we could enter the park, but the wait was certainly worth it! There was low and high trampolines, a blown up bouncy activity area, a climbing wall, a ninja warrior style course, ropes to climb, trapeze to swing on, large bouncy cushions to fall on and some insanely crazy walk the wall extreme trampolines!

After around half an hour the children needed a drink (and we were certainly in need of a sit down) so we headed to the café. There was plenty of space overall, however viewing into the park was limited and it might be beneficial to parents who aren’t going into the park with their children if they put up some television screens with the action being displayed. There was lots of choice for food and drinks and the prices were very reasonable which is a massive plus! After drinks and a cake to refuel we joined the children for the last half an hour and certainly burned off a few of the calories we had gained in the cafe

Overall the two hours were so much fun for us all and the children could have happily bounced on for longer! I would highly recommend this activity, especially on a commonly wet day in Scotland!
