• Each voucher is valid for one person to attend one show on Wednesday 4th December, at 6pm.
• Join Cinders as she goes from rags to riches, outwits her very wicked stepsisters and meets her Prince Charming. 
• The standard refund policy does not apply to events. Refunds will not be provided for any events unless the event is cancelled, changed dramatically or postponed.

• Each voucher is valid for one person of any age's admission.
• Valid for use only on Wednesday 4th December 2024.
• Show duration is approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes including interval.
• Tickets must be collected from the box office on the evening of the pantomime.
• You must present your Planet Offers voucher (printed or via mobile device).
• Orders with multiple vouchers will be seated together.
• Party bookings will be seated together however seats will not be allocated until closer to the event.
• Tickets can only be collected in person from the box office from 4pm onwards on Wednesday 4th December. Seats will be allocated by the theatre and cannot be selected by voucher holders.
• Please note: upon purchase of a voucher, we will provide your name to the venue in order for them to allocate your seats and provide your tickets at the box office.
