Mini Madams Review - Days Out Diaries

Written by our Cumbria Days Out Diaries reviewer - Cristina Turner

So today the girls went to review this little place in Liverpool... a long way from us, yes... but a great excuse for a girly half-term getaway whilst Daddy’s working away!

The staff are very friendly... chatted away with the girls all the way through... little touches like the robes, flip flops and flutes of juice really added the ‘grown-up’ spa feel! I’m pretty sure Sophias cheeks are hurting as she smiled from ear to ear the whole time! So for £25... not one but TWO girls receive a manicure, pedicure and mini facial. The mani and pedi both start with the girls choosing which scent bomb they wanted in their soak - followed by a scrub... moisturiser/massage and nail polish. The facial is a child’s farm (suitable for young and sensitive skin) moisturiser with cool gel cucumber packs for eyes, then taken off with hot cloth. Sadie then got optional glitter paint! They then got to walk a catwalk and pose for pictures against the many beautifully decorated walls... all spreading messages of kindness and strength.

What a great place for little girls to visit! I wish there was somewhere like here when I was a little girl!

Sophia (9) said “It was SOOOO good! I loved them giving my hands a massage and when they painted my nails... the posh drink was nice too”

Sadie (6) said “I loved choosing the flavour bath bomb for the bowls! They felt soft on my hands and feet and smelled really nice!”
