COVID 19 Policy

If you were/are self-isolating/tested positive for COVID-19

If you or your family test positive, you should follow the relevant applicable guidance. If you have tested positive, you have a legal requirement to self-isolate and should not travel. In the first instance please contact the venue directly. They will be able to advise if they can book you in at a later date. Following this, if the venue cannot help, then you should contact us immediately with evidence of the positive test result.If you purchased your voucher in the last 14 daysIf you are within your 14 day refund period and you still wish to cancel your order, please contact us and one of our team will be in touch usually within 3 working days, although please note during busier times this may take a little longer so please bear with us. Please note that the standard refund policy does not apply to events.If you are out of the 14 day refund period

If you test positive for Covid-19 and have evidence of a positive lateral flow or PCR test then please contact us asap and we will refund your voucher – you must email us before your voucher expires and within 30 days of a positive test. (Please note: evidence of a positive lateral flow is required and is limited to the confirmation email or text message that you will receive from the government upon registration of your positive test. Unfortunately, a photo of a positive test will not be able to be used).

If your voucher has expiredWe are afraid if you do not contact us before the voucher expires, we are then unable to assist with any refunds or extensions.

If your voucher is affected by the most recent lockdown (January 2021)

Your voucher will be accepted after it expires to reflect lockdown 3.0 closures. If your voucher venue closes, for example for 6 weeks then your voucher will be accepted for 6 weeks after the expiry and so on. Voucher terms and conditions still apply.

If you ordered through Planet Offers before 23rd March 2020

Permitting your voucher was still valid past this date:

If your voucher was purchased from Planet Offers before 23rd March, our vouchers were extended until 18th September unless you were told differently.

We have emailed to all of our mailing list and updated our website and social pages throughout lockdown with this information, therefore, as this has now expired, we will no longer be accepting refund requests.

If you ordered between 23rd March and 3rd December 2020

Permitting your voucher was still valid after 5th November 2020:

Your voucher will be accepted for an additional 4 weeks after it expires to reflect lockdown 2.0 closures. If your voucher venue closes for longer, for example 6 weeks, then your voucher will be accepted for 6 weeks after the expiry and so on.

You do not need to contact us to extend your voucher as your original voucher will be accepted.
