  • Voucher is valid for 1 x skating session for 2 adults/teens (13+) and 2 children (12 and under), or 1 adult/teen and 3 children, plus boot hire.
  • This voucher is valid Monday - Thursday all day and Sunday evenings (from 7:30pm), between the 25th November - 19th December 2024.
  • Prebooking is required, see "How to Redeem" for details.

  • Voucher is valid for 1 x skating session for 2 adults/teens (13+) and 2 children (12 and under), or 1 adult/teen and 3 children, plus boot hire at Winter Wonderland Stoke-on-Trent only.
  • This voucher is valid Monday - Thursday all day and Sunday evenings (from 7:30pm), between the 25th November - 19th December 2024.
  • Valid on the date of your visit only, all 4 people must attend the same session.
  • Subject to availability. If a session isn't available when you arrive, you will be allocated the nearest available session.
  • A limited supply of penguin skate aids are available on a first-come first-served basis from the skate hire counter for £5. 
  • Additional activities such as fairground rides, games, food and drink come at an additional charge.

  • Tickets must be booked online via the Norwich Winter Wonderland website - click here to be redirected or visit www.winterwonderlandstoke.com 
  • Click 'Book Now' 
  • Select your preferred date and time of arrival. 
  • Add your unique voucher code into the box at the top of the page and press "Go".
  • Once this is done, you should have the option to add "Complimentary Skate" passes - add four of these to your basket and click "Continue"
  • Complete the transaction as normal, and you will be sent your tickets via your email address.

Winter Wonderland is coming back to Stoke-On-Trent for 2024, and it promises to be their best event yet! 

Lace up your skates and take to the ice on their huge, undercover ice rink equipped with real ice to offer a truly festive experience come rain or shine. Whether you're skating to sides or whizzing around faster than Santa's sleigh, the whole family is bound to have tonnes of fun.

Once again, the site will be filled with thrilling rides and attractions, festive games, thousands of decorations, Christmas trees and real reindeer visits. Plus, the little ones can even meet Father Christmas himself and receive a gift to take home. Additional activities such as these come at an additional charge.

Each voucher is valid for 2 adults/teens and 2 children (12 or under), or 1 adult/teen and 3 children (12 or under) to visit once between the 25th November - 19th December. This voucher can only be used between Monday - Thursday all day and Sunday evenings (from 7:30pm).
