  • This festive spectacle returns to Norwich for another year, and it's the perfect place to get the whole family into the festive spirit.
  • This voucher grants admission into Winter Wonderland, as well as a family ice skating pass with skate hire included. 
  • Valid for 2 adults/teens and 2 children (aged 12 and under), or 1 adult/teen and 3 children (aged 12 and under)
  • Voucher is valid Monday-Thursday all day and Sundays (see below for more information on Sunday sessions), and is valid between 25th November - 19th December.
  • For Sunday sessions, you can be admitted to the Winter Wonderland at any time between 11am and 9pm, however ice skating sessions can only be booked for after 7:30pm with a Planet Offers voucher. 
  • Prebooking is required, see "How to Redeem" for details.

  • Before selecting your preferred date and time, scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your unique Planet Offers voucher code and press 'Use Code'.
  • Once this is done, select your preferred date and time, and add up to four complimentary tickets to your basket.
  • You will then be sent your ticket via email. Please bring this with you on the day of your visit.
