How to book your first visit:

• Please visit the Twycross website here: https://booking.twycrosszoo.org/book
• Select the correct number of Adults and Children (depending on the selection of vouchers you have purchased) and enter your unique voucher codes at checkout.  
• Your tickets will then be sent to you via email. Please present these upon arrival.

How to redeem your annual pass:

• Once you have received your e-tickets you can set up a Twycross Zoo account to transfer your day ticket to an annual pass, so you can visit an unlimited amount of times, within a 12 month period.
