Highlights:

The voucher is not valid for entry into Magna Science Adventure Centre, Sci-tek Adventure playground, Aqua-tek water splash or other Magna events. Tickets for these can be bought separately on the day. Magna Mayhem rules must be adhered to at all times.

On the day of your booking please arrive at Magna at least 20 minutes before the start of your time slot. You need to bring your booking details with you, this can be a printed copy or as an email on a smart phone. Magna Mayhem team members will check your details and issue wrist bands for all attendees.The voucher is only valid for the date and selected when booking. All children must be accompanied by a supervising adult (minimum of one adult per booking). There is no charge for supervising adults. Please kindly note you are responsible for the care and safety of the children within your party at all times when attending Magna Mayhem. Our team members will be onsite to ensure the safety of the equipment, offer advice and monitor user numbers per piece.

Under two year olds are welcome and only £1 if they would like to join in the fun. Tickets for under 2s can be paid for on the day, or booked online via www.visitmagna.co.uk/magna-mayhem. The Ocean Playzone is specifically for under three year olds.

There is no height limit for any of the inflatable equipment, it is at the discretion of the supervising adult to deem suitability for your child/children.

Shoes must be removed and not worn on any of the equipment. Supervising adults must be responsible for looking after shoes as there will be no designated shoe storage.

Socks must be worn at all times on the equipment. Socks can be purchased on the day from the Mayhem Cafe.

Please no face paints, as these can stain and damage the inflatables.

Please note that the standard refund policy does not apply to events. Refunds will not be provided for any events unless the event is cancelled, changed dramatically or postponed.

There are 3 sessions per day. This voucher is valid for any standard session but is NOT valid for Mini Mayhem or SEND sessions.
