- A Christmas Carol has arrived at Northern Stage, Newcastle and we've got half price tickets. Bah humbug!

- The voucher is valid for one person of any age and is valid for the showing on the chosen date and time only.

- Vouchers MUST be redeemed 48 hours prior to your chosen show, please see 'how to redeem' for more details.
- Please note that the standard refund policy does not apply to events. Refunds will not be provided for any events unless the event is cancelled, changed dramatically or postponed.
- Each voucher is valid for one use for one person of any age's admission.
- Valid for use only on select performances:
- Saturday 28 December 2024 - 6pm (Must be redeemed by 26th December 2024)
- Thursday 2 January 2025 - 1pm. This a captioned and relaxed performance. (Must be redeemed by 31st December 2024)
- Friday 3 January - 1pm (Must be redeemed by 31st December 2024)
- Friday 3 January - 7pm. This performance is audio-described and British Sign Language interpreted. (Must be redeemed by 31st December 2024)
- Saturday 4 January - 1pm (Must be redeemed by 2nd January 2025)
- Saturday 4 January - 7pm (Must be redeemed by 2nd January 2025)
- The vouchers are valid for the showing on the chosen date and time only.
- Show duration is approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes including interval.
- The show is recommended for those aged 5 and over.
- Prebooking is required, see 'How To Redeem' for more information.
- Tickets must be collected from the box office on the day of the performance for admission to the showing.
- You must present your Planet Offers voucher (printed or via mobile device) when collecting your vouchers.
- Orders with multiple vouchers and party bookings will be seated together. Seats will not be allocated until closer to the event.
- Seats will be allocated by the theatre and cannot be selected by voucher holders.
