• Pre-booking is required.

• Voucher is only valid for one use on one date between 5th December 2024 and 5th January 2025.
• The Great Christmas Circus voucher is valid for entry for one person (adult or child).
• Vouchers are valid for the tired seating only. Seats are not numbered, and are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis on the day. 
• Larger groups should arrive in plenty of time to seat themselves together.
• The venue opens 30 minutes before each show. Under 2s sitting on a lap go free.
• Disabled customers or those requiring wheelchair access should contact the Box Office on 07706168507 before arriving.
• Food and drinks purchased outside of the venue are not allowed inside the venue (a fully licensed bar, soft drinks, hot drinks, hot food, and confectionary are available inside the venue).
• Please note that the standard refund policy does not apply to events. Refunds will not be provided for any events unless the event is cancelled, changed dramatically or postponed.
