All clients agree to confirm the schedule of events for the day of the wedding, six weeks prior to the event. Any changes must be made in writing and discussed with Sonia, their wedding planner or Duty Manager prior to this deadline.
Any third-party vendors providing services to the wedding, e.g. entertainment, food trucks etc must be able to provide proof of accreditation (e.g. food hygiene ratings, PAT testing certification). WGB are happy to introduce couples to a range of trusted vendors.

If you are planning a ceremony at Walled Garden Baumber, the Wedding Coordinator will pass on details of how you can contact the registrar. Once your date and time is arranged, they will organise an initial meeting with you both. During this meeting, the contract will be discussed. Once the signed contract has been received, your date is secure. This will need to be received within 2 weeks of the initial meeting.

This 19th century, double walled, 4-acre garden is steeped in history and romance. Every wedding held at The Walled Garden Baumber is completely unique, offering bespoke weddings for people who want to design a day that is dedicated to them as a couple.
This half price wedding package for 60 people includes;
Exclusive venue and garden hire (including Saturday availabilities) between 12pm - 12am
Venue includes the use of wedding pavilion for ceremony and/or band, the 4-acre garden, marquee and Piaggio Garden Bar
A 2 course wedding breakfast for up to 60 people
2 x celebratory drinks per person (A celebratory glass of Pimms or fruit punch after the ceremony, and a glass of Prosecco or Nosecco for the speeches)
A dedicated wedding planner with unlimited meetings
Hire of the fully stocked and staffed bar
Use of the PA system
Venue access the day before the wedding for final touches and the day after for collection
